Conditions

Our alpine restaurant is located at an altitude of 1100 m. The weather can be unpredictable. The absence or presence of snow, fog or rain is no reason to cancel your meal. We prepare your reception by ordering food from our suppliers and hiring the necessary staff. For this reason, we take the liberty of asking you for written and signed confirmation when booking for groups (booking form). Thank you very much for your understanding.

Ordering and payment
Menus for groups are valid from 20 people, on reservation. Reservations are valid on receipt of the completed and signed order form. We can also arrange a deposit (normally 50% of the order value). The balance is payable at the time of the meal (cash, EC direct or Postcard). No invoicing after the event.

Cancellation
We will prepare your meal by ordering food from our suppliers and hiring the necessary staff. If you cancel your meal less than 15 days in advance, we will charge a flat rate of Fr. 25 per person as compensation. Please confirm the number of participants at least one week in advance. After this deadline, we reserve the right to charge a flat rate of Fr. 25.-- per person missing. If the weather conditions are not suitable, the activity can be cancelled free of charge up to the day before your visit.
